Services John Provides for Consultants 

While I do not have a consulting practice per se, I am available as a subcontractor to consulting companies or as selected "partner-at-large" arrangements individually negotiated for special projects, executive retreats, leadership coaching, etc. Most of my past work in this arena has been for consultants specializing in organization design and development, process management and large scale change or transformation. I have helped mentor consultants' existing clients, been part of their proposals for new clients and served as a confidential coach and advisor for the consultants themselves.

I also am available as a guest speaker or lecturer for your corporate retreats and off-sites, which would be coordinated with your objectives for the retreat. I'm also available as a confidante if you need someone to support you in your challenges with clients or in managing your practice.
