Through Renesch Advisory

Senior Executives and Leaders
in high responsibility/high stress positions: Since
I
have many years of personal experience as a CEO and Managing Director - in
several different
companies;
I am able to identify with the variety of challenges facing my mentoring
clients.
Advisory
Services for Consultants: I am available as a subcontractor to
consulting firms of all sizes. I have partnered with consultants on many
projects over the years where the consultant maintains primary client contact.
Business arrangements are individually negotiated. This work has included
special writing projects, speaking or facilitating at executive retreats and
being part of a team for top-tier leadership coaching.
Systems
Thinking Workshop: Offered in one-day or two-day formats, this
workshop introduces executives and leaders to the world of complex systems, how
they behave and misbehave, and how to effect large scale change and eliminate
organizational dysfunction. Customized workshops to suit client's needs.
Editorial
Services:
Given my background in editing and publishing books, during which time I edited
the writing of 300 authors of varied skills and backgrounds, I occasionally
work with authors as author-coach, editor/advisor and sometimes as co-author or
ghost-writer, depending upon the nature of the book.

Renesch Advisory Services is the umbrella organization privately owned by John Renesch through which he sometimes operates when starting new ventures, working on joint ventures, delivering mentoring and coaching services, consulting or other projects.
Renesch Advisory Services has been through several generations since 1968, starting out as Renesch & Associates, Inc. Renesch & Associates was inactivated in 1994 after serving as an advertising agency in the late 1960s and early 1970s, an interim CEO contractor in the 1970s and 1980s, and being instrumental in the founding of several enterprises.
